Following what the doctors instructions has really paid off in a big way for Sheila. Sticking to her meal assignments and drinking plenty of fluids and getting to know her body all over again has lead to a total weight loss of over 100lbs.! She is still working toward her goal weight. She has learn the positive benefits of eating right and exercising to assist in her journey.
